If you need to cancel your class, kindly email your request to s.marottapottery@gmail.com. Refund amounts are explained below. Last-minute cancellations of classes are difficult to fill. Please be sure of your schedule before committing to a class or event.
100% of tuition (less a $15 processing fee) will be refunded in the event of a cancellation of a class or event ten days (10 days) or more before the first class meeting.
80% of tuition (less a $15 processing fee) will be refunded in the event of a cancellation of a class or event within 9 to 6 days before the first class meeting.
50% of tuition (less a $15 processing fee) will be refunded in the event of a cancellation of a class or event within 3 to 5 days before the first class meeting.
0% of tuition will be refunded in the event of a cancellation of a class or event within two days of of the class meeting.
Attendance
- If you are unable to make a class, you may be able to reschedule by joining another class if space is available or by scheduling open studio hours. We will do our best but cannot guarantee to reschedule a student’s absence. Please use the online scheduler to arrange for a makeup,
- Makeup time must be scheduled within the current class session

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances on the part of S.Marotta Pottery, any cancelled classses wil be rescheduled.
- We reserve the right to cancel a class or event up to 3 days prior to the first class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class in cancelled, you will be offered the option of either enrolling in another class if one is available, or receiving a full refund.
